Santa "Santi" Martinez

Santa Martinez - “Santi” - passed away May 7, 2024 in Santa Rosa CA at the age of 51. She was born April 20, 1973 in Michoacan Mexico where she grew up and would later migrate to California where she made roots in Sonoma County. Santi was a stay at home wife and mother who dedicated herself to her family. She was a great cook, and liked to go shopping, eating out, and hiking trails. She is preceded in death by her father Lucio Hernandez, and brother Sergio Hernandez. She will be dearly missed by her loving husband Ventura Martinez, her children Erika, Alexis, Jonathan, and Cindy, as well as her son in law Geraldo whom she loved as her own; grandchildren Damian and Christian; mother Maria Hernandez, and her siblings Gloria, Pilar, Rosalina, Consuelo, Juan, Israel, Aurelio, Armando, and Filimon. Services will be as follows: Visitation will be held at Windsor Healdsburg Mortuary Chapel, 9660 Old Redwood Hwy in Windsor, on Wednesday May 15th between 4-8:pm with a Rosary and Liturgy Mass at 6:pm; The graveside service will be held at the Shiloh Annex Cemetery, 1750 Shiloh Rd in Windsor, on Thursday, May 16th at 11:am. Santa Martínez - “Santi” - falleció el 7 de mayo de 2024 en Santa Rosa CA a la edad de 51 años. Nació el 20 de abril de 1973 en Michoacán, México, donde creció y luego migraría a California, donde hisó raíces en el condado de Sonoma. Santi era una ama de casa y madre que se dedicaba a su familia. Era una gran cocinera y le gustaba ir de compras, salir a comer y disfrutaba ir a caminar. Le precedieron en muerte su padre Lucio Hernández y su hermano Sergio Hernández. La extrañarán mucho su amado esposo Ventura Martínez, sus hijos Erika, Alexis, Jonathan y Cindy, así como su yerno Geraldo, a quien amaba como si fuera suyo; sus nietos Damián y Christian; su madre María Hernández y sus hermanos Gloria, Pilar, Rosalina, Consuelo, Juan, Israel, Aurelio, Armando y Filimon. Los servicios serán los siguientes: El velorio se llevará a cabo en la Capilla de Windsor Healdsburg Mortuary, 9660 Old Redwood Hwy en Windsor, el Miércoles 15 de Mayo entre las 4 y las 8:00 p. m. con un Rosario y Misa de Liturgia a las 6:00 p. m.; El servicio junto a la tumba se llevará a cabo en el cementerio Shiloh Annex, 1750 Shiloh Rd en Windsor, el Jueves 16 de Mayo a las 11:00 a. m.
